Well here we are, sat in Moscow airport again. I think our plane just pulled up to the gate but we won't board for about another half hour.
To update on a few things: we are all still in decent shape and the increased oxygen concentration for the last few days has meant that niggling injuries are now healing fast.
We can now almost pronounce and vaguely spell a transliteration of our peak name - eggemendülük meaning independence in Kyrgyz- Kyrgyzstan being independent for 20 years at the end of the month. I suspect that I may still have got it a bit wrong but hopefully you get the idea.
We've had contact with one or two climbing news services and should be submitting preliminary reports and topos very soon, watch this space for more info.
We have som but no roubles so no coffee for me on this, gratifyingly short, layover.
I'd like to wish jerry gore and gaz parry the best of luck on their planned crack at the big route on sialouze latter this month.
