Comenzamos a caminar muy temprano hoy para capear el intenso calor de estos días, nos maravillamos de la vista de la Laguna Castillo con su imponente Centinela de hielo que logra acariciar el cielo con sus picachos y torrecillas que adornan El Castillo.

Desde la parte más alta logramos una panorámica increíble del Valle Ibáñez, Lago General Carrera y el mismísimo Monte San Valentín (máxima elevación Patagona con 4.000 m.s.n.m. y que está a una distancia de más de 150 KM.,

Luego de aprovechar el buen clima continuamos el descenso directamente hacia la Villa Cerro Castillo donde luego de tomar un transfer nos dirigimos al B&B, La Casona donde nos esperaba un gratificante Asado Patagón, con músicos en vivo que al son del chamamé nos deleitaron con una magnífica velada de cierre. A nuestras espaldas quedaba el imponente Cerro Castillo, icono máximo de esta zona de Aysén y corazón del Sendero de Chile de la Reserva Nacional Cerro Castillo.-
