Segundo día saliendo temprano desde camping las Torres con destino a laguna amarga para hacer conexión hacia Pudeto. Luego, a través de la navegación en el lago Pehoé en un catamaran, llegué a Paine grande.

El día estaba nublado y con vientos de 40 km/h. Decidí salir a las 15:00 hrs. Primer destino campamento Italiano. Acompañado por brisa suave que ayuda a progresar, llegué a destino.

Entre campamento Italiano y Británico, las nubes trasformaron la brisa por vientos y lluvia fuerte que hacia dificultoso el avanzar. Pensé en retroceder, pero no, seguí avanzando. Luego de 4 horas llegué al destino final. El mirador del Británico. Sobrecogedora la vista, con vientos fuertes y lluvia al rededor con olor a naturaleza por doquier.

Al regresar comencé a sentir olor a humo, lo cual no es buena señal..

Llegue a campamento a las 23 horas, aún con luz natural, allí me encontré con uno de los guías con los que compartí en primer noche en Natales, y me dijo lo que era obvio, incendio en parque.

Al parecer fueron 5 isrraelitas, 4 hombres y una mujer que escaparon del lugar. Unos chilenos trataron de apagar el fuego pero no pudieron.
